In these uncertain times we want to reassure you that Thomas Group Ltd are still fully operational as of Tuesday 17th March. Our sales team are all working and our warehouse are still dispatching goods as normal.

To limit the risk of COVID-19 and to allow us to keep servicing as normal, as well as additional sanitary measures, we have implemented the following:

• We have ordered additional stock of key product lines, and our requested delivery dates for orders have been brought forward. 

• We have received deliveries from suppliers, which has allowed us to maintain good stock levels whilst the outbreak is ongoing.

• Visits and face-to-face meetings with both customers and suppliers have been put on hold until the outbreak is under control, which we hope you understand. We are still open to hold phone meetings or where possible, Skype meetings.

• Government advice is changing daily, so we have put into place the necessary measures for us to remain operational on a working from home basis should it come to that.

As mentioned above, we are currently working completely as normal for any requirements you may have. We do hope that you, your colleagues and families are all well.
